Geneive Abdo, editor of insideIRAN.org, the editor and creator of insideIRAN.org, is the director of The Century Foundation’s Iran program. She is the author of three books on contemporary Islamic issues, including Answering Only to God: Faith and Freedom in Twenty-First Century Iran. She was a correspondent based in Tehran from 1998 to 2001 for the British newspaper, The Guardian.

Arash Aramesh is a research associate and translator for insideIRAN.org. He holds an MSc in Comparative Politics and Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and two BAs in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shayan Ghajar, a research assistant for insideIRAN.org., recently graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in History and Middle Eastern Studies with an emphasis on Iran.
